Add new from Post not working

When I click the add new from post in a Square nothing happens, please advise.

Also please advise how to add from a WP page.

Please note that I am not a coder

Hi,

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
