All around theme title error

Hi.

I’ve installed the theme (using the allaround_theme.zip contained in the theme forest zip)

It installs but when I go to Live preview it throws an error of:
Warning:  Illegal string offset ‘title’ in /****/*******/public_html/wp-content/themes/allaround_theme/admin/functions/functions.options.php on line 38

If I activate the theme I get similar errors

Uninstalled and reinstalled and it seemed to clear it up
