Cannot install demo content "DEFAULT" on Snapshot

I have purchased the Snapshop theme, and have successfully installed it.

When I try to install the demo content, I get a popup error (image: http://oi61.tinypic.com/5lvuw7.jpg)

Hi,

Can you send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand?

Hi,

Ok, no problem. Here is what you need to do: Extract the .zip package and find folder named SnapshopWP and upload it manually on FTP which goes into folder named 'themes'. That should do the trick.

Thank you for contacting us. We can install demo content on your site, but we will need WP, FTP and database (phpMyAdmin) access data to do so. Please, send them to support@shindiristudio.com.

I appreciate that that would be a functional work-around, but I am not comfortable with that.

Is it likely that this functionality will be fixed in the near future?

Hi,
Thanks I did that, and it added content to the system (images etc), but it did not configure any settings.

Are there any plans to fix the auto-update button for the demo content in the future?

It seems like that would make sense as you wouldn't need to be manually logging into systems to manually do this work, your customers wouldn't need to be compromising their security, and everyone would save time.
