I can’t seem to increase the line height of the extended about block at this link: https://ecocitybuilders.org/ecocity-30-day-zero-waste-challenge/
I try to change the bolded part below in my Custom CSS section but it doesn’t seem to work:
#usquare_12 .usquare_block_extended .usquare_about {

    font-family: ‘Open Sans’,! ‘PTSansRegular’ importan’;
    font-weight: normal !important;
    font-style: regular !important;
    font-size: 15px !important;
    line-height: 15px !important;
}

Hi,

there is no need to use custom css if you are using same line height as font-size. Settings in plugin do this just the way you want. So basically you need to set 15px in font settings for INFO and you will have 15px font-size and 15px line height.

check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jtjsdk

Problem with custom css here is that it does not override already important on setting from index.

Please try this and inform us of the results.

The problem is that the default setting of font size = line height makes the spaces between lines very tight. In some sections the capitalized letter on one line will even touch the letter on the line above, which makes reading the text very difficult for the eye. Any basic text editor has a line-spacing setting for that reason. At least there should be a way to adjust the line spacing in Custom CSS, I don't understand why that would be a problem.

It would be really great if I could have 18px line height for a 16px font.

Thanks for your help, guys!

Hi,

can you please add the css inline? There is a text editor you are typing your content and you are allowed Html tags and inline css. That will override all settings from plugin and theme.

Example: <p style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 20px;">your text here etc</p>

this is conflict free guaranteed.

If this does not satisfy your needs we will need to check plugin code itself and find best solution. So we will need your login credentials etc.

But first check if the solution mentioned above can help ?

Okay thanks, that works. Just as an fyi, somehow the inline css wipes out the description color, so I have to add that into the tag: <p style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 20px; color: #ffffff;">

Would be nice to have line height added as an option in the editor in one of your future versions.

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi,

we are glad that's sorted.
In regard to adding setting option for it we will definitely look into that for some future versions update.
