Hi, 

Great Theme you’ve made guys. I only got a problem with activating my child theme. When I upload the child-theme trough FTP. It won’t show up at the theme tab in wordpress. I’ve figured that the style.css provided by your theme is not complete so i’ve added a line that says ”Template: OnionWP” (without question marks) After this change the child-theme showed up in wordpress but when i activated the child-theme the website is not using any style.css so i imported the style.css of the partent by adding this rule to the style.css in the child theme folder @import url(“../OnionWP/style.css”);
Thing is. The child theme is activated and the style.css is imported in my child theme but it looks somehow broken when i’m going to my website. The folders are next to each other in the themes folder in FTP. I really don’t know what i’m doing wrong. I hope you guys could help me with with a correct setup of this child-theme.

Hi,

Can you send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Hi,

About a Month ago I asked for some help about this topic. Still got no support. I would really appreciate if you could at least respond to my email so we can figure this out. Otherwise I have to demand a refund. Payed for support but after a month still got none. Hope this will be fixed soon.
