I seem to have the same problem as a previous customer who submitted a ticket. He said \”The template contact form is working the first time I save it and submit from the frontend builder. But, when I test after logging out, or from another browser, emails do not send.\”. I really have a serious problem with this because I have now lost many contacts of people applying for my campaign when I thought everything was working. Is there any way to get those lost emails from somewhere? His id for the ticket was 11948 and it seems to be closed so I guess you found a solution for the contact form…?

Can you send us your WP login info via e-mail to email@example.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
