Contact form not sending mail

Hi, we have discovered the contact form is not sending mail. When editing through Visual Composer we see the email address which also appears in the sites contact section. Is this where the email is set for the form. If so we
are not receiving mail from it. The website is http://www.matrixconveyancing.com.au
