contact form not working

Hi,
I have included a contact form and it seems to work only a few times. While designing the website, no problem, but once live, I get complaints that it’s not working. 
‘submit’ will hang with the message ‘sending’
Login, change something, save and it will work again (for a while)

Hi,

is there any caching plugin or caching on server by default? If not we think team should check this directly so in that case please send us access via email.

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
