Demo content install failed

Hello,

Yesterday I tried to install the demo content as instructions of your email support. So I have enabled a check at a time but the installation was not successful.
The your technical support advised me to run this tutorial (http://support.shindiristudio.com/downloads/Demo%20Content%20Tutorial.pdf) to import the data but I have problems with the database.
After remove all tables (except wp_users, wp_usermeta and wp_options), i import the .sql file and import returns this error:

What can I do?

Hi,

There is a solution for that too.

Export those three tables as well wp_users, wp_usermeta and wp_options)

Than drop the whole database.
Import the one from the demo file, and import the three tablets one by one after that.

This will fix your issue.

Hi,
I have deleted all the tables and I imported the .sql correctly.
Then I imported "wp_users" correctly;
Then I imported "wp_usermeta" correctly;
Then I imported "wp_options" and I received the following error:

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
