Hi After making upgrade from very previous version we have a problem with displaying a timeline. On start website all items are very narrow and can be move outside of a screen. When size of browser is changed all items have correct size but sometimes we have two rows of items. Please look at: http://fotowyprawy.com/ Thanks |

Hi, PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL. Can you send us WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Thank you for a quick respond. Unfortunately I can't give you an access to our portal - this is production version. I hope you see there is wrong behavior of your plugin. Hi, yes we are aware that this is not desired and intended behavior, however we checked everything that is at our disposal without accessing plugin in the back-end and we don't see anything wrong in inspect mode for example. Next thing we would search for are conflict with theme or other plugins but to do that we need to be able to access wp and core plugin files via ftp. Maybe you should try to disable all plugins that are not crucial to run website and see if the behavior is the same (especially pay more attention to recently added if there are any) Best regards, |
