Endless loading After Clicking Read More

On this page of my client’s site (bottom) - http://sportmedstore.com/parisorthotics.com/lab/custom-made/about-us/ - when I click on any timeline item to view the full content, the box to display the full content slides out to the right, but it just loads endlessly never displaying the content, only a loading bar and an empty grey background. How do I resolve this problem?

Hi,

can you make sure latest version (4.4.4) is installed. We had this issue earlier that is solved in last version of plugin.

If updating does not solve it please give us feedback so we can continue solving the problem.

Where can I download the update? I have only been able to find the entire plugin itself and when I try to install it, it fails because I have the older version on my site (which I don't want to remove because we have already added a lot of content that we don't want to lose).

Hi,

Please download latest version available (4.4.4) There is no Auto update option for our plugin via wp. Just upload via FTP/sFTP as per WP codex.

We did not have reports of loosing content when uploading via FTP but you should anyway always create backup of previous plugin as fail-safe.

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP, WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
