Hi,
I am getting this error on the setting page of the leadeo wordpress plugin.
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Hi,

First please confirm you are logged as Admin of that project so we can exclude option that permissions are not set that only Admin user can access plugin settings.

ok, can you confirm you have latest version installed?
plugin should be 2.0

If its not download latest files and update plugin.

If this does not solve this issue we will need to check this problem firsthand so inform us as soon as possible after you finish with sorting version.

I have downloaded it from envato marketplace. It's Version 1.5  and I don't see any update notification in the WordPress plugin area. How can I download latest version 2.0?

just go same page where you download the plugin and download again. you will receive latest version files so don't worry about that.

I downloaded it again and I am still getting version 1.2 and I also getting update notification of version 1.5. How can I download the version 2.0.

Hi,

that is strange, we double check and we are getting proper files/version. We are suspecting you have both lite and pro installed so now there is a conflict. Can you please send us WP and FTP login credentials via email to support@shindiristudio.com so we can investigate and make sure everything is in order before any more changes are made.
