I’m having the exact issue detailed here:
http://support.shindiristudio.com/tickets/mcustomscrollbar-is-not-a-function-error/

I have installed the latest version of the plugin and tried disabling my cache. Once we connect I can set up a test page for you to see the problem.

I am setting up a staging site for you to test this on. I will be in touch when that is complete.

Please note I received no email notification of your reply to my support ticket. I only saw it when I logged into the support system today.

Fixed! In case anyone else has this problem, here's the workaround.

We are using the BeTheme theme which uses the Muffin Builder editor. The problem was the Muffin Builder's default "Column" container did not handle the timeline shortcode properly. The fix was to:
 - Enable the "Hide the Content" option under the Muffin Builder's Layout options on the page in question
 - Add the timeline shortcode to the default WP editor
 - In the muffin builder, replace the "Column" container with the "Content WP" container
