Front End Builder Not Working - No Icons

I have been asking for help with this theme for over 1 YEAR!!!!  I have spent over $200 on freelance coders to try and fix the problems.  I have offered to PAY YOU to help fix the site. NOTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY!  Please help.  My client has never been happy because this project has never been finished.

1. Front end builder does not work.  Icons do not show up.
2. Revolution Slider does not show up (on page http://www.prometheusbiplane.com/acts/)
3. Bullets do not show up anymore http://www.prometheusbiplane.com/#schedule
4. Contact form fields are unable to be modified. I want the background of the form fields to be white. Also form does not email to anywhere. I have sent test messages, the form says message sent.  email NEVER arrives. http://www.prometheusbiplane.com/#contact
5. I need to redirect to a mobile page that I created that is less content and does not have video http://www.prometheusbiplane.com/mobile-home/. That page is supposed to have the “acts” revolution slider.  It is not showing. Mobile site does not work properly at all.  Page on all iphone, freezes and navigation does not work properly.

Hi,

We will try to help you with all we got.
1. What version of FEB are you running, also goes the question for Revolution Slider.

2. If you run an old version of FEB you may experiance issues on part 3. Please give us that information.
3. We can add a custom form for you, the one inside Frontend Builder is not customizable for fields, there is only one custom field that can be added.

5. We do not understand what mobile page you want to redirect to or from? You can not have a separate site for mobile and separate for web.

Send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
