Frontend Builder not saving content

Hi,I’m using the DLight theme.
Quite often, I can be creating/editing a page using frontend builder, I can spend quite some time working on a page, click save, but then when I exit and view the page all of the content is gone apart from the theme header and footer. Can you help?

Can you send us your WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your  Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
