Frontpage builder editor not loading

Hi,
The frontend builder editor is not loading on the website https://www.ipcglobal.com.au but strangely enough it is working on the development site which is sitting on the same server environment https://www.ipcglobal.com.au/dev/
They both have the same plugins running and the same data, but unfortunately the site that needs to work properly isn’t.

I did notice that the development site seems to take a long while (15 seconds) for the editor to load. Any direction here would be great.
