I cannot insert a picture into the image form

While trying to inset a picture into the image form I select a picture from my computer, or from the gallery, and the screen just goes white…. and it will not load.
I sent an email to share faith and this is the response I got back from them…

“Hello Jeff,

I spent some time looking into your issue. It seems that the version of uSquare is outdated and the image uploader is not wanting to work properly. I would suggest contacting either uSquare or WordPress in regards to this plugin.

Have you tried downloading latest version of plugin?

If you have latest version, can you please contact us on support@shindiristudio.com and send us your WP admin data so we can check what might cause such issue?
