iMapper Pin Content customization problem

iMapper Pin Content info will only display horizontally.  For some reason I cannot seem to have things line up vertically.

this is the code I’m using currently, I have tried many different things, this is the latest, this one has a shortcode in it.

Changing the content “content width” and “content height” doesn’t change anything either.
I have to launch the website for client in 7 days, so if you could get back to me before then I would really appreciate it.

Are there procedures we can go through to find a fix without giving logins?

I am not comfortable giving login credentials for my client's website for their business.

if you choose to go with troubleshooting process we can do it that way also.

Basically we again suggest contact our team via email and refer to this ticket as that communication will be faster then here.

just keep in mind that process will take more time then if you share your login.

I received an email from the support team, and I'm gathering they have no access to this support ticket system as I referred to this ticket twice now.  Is this not ticket 32430? Really working on a time crunch now, lost what or where to direct or refer whom to.

we are not sure what is making the confusion. Team did respond asking you for complete code (from all pins used) and instructing you how to check for conflicts. We understand that is just the first step in the process.

We did explain to keep conversation on email as your moving back and forth can actually cause to lose information flow.

And again we understand you are in hurry but troubleshooting without access to project does take more time and we did warn you about that both here and via email.
