Hello Shindiri Studio

We are encountering few problems on the iMapper plugin:

Here is the image test page: https://silvancontent.dk/uncategorized/imapper-test-page/

As you can see the screen dump of the pin setting (see
attached image), we put the circle pin to the switch button, but the pin
position is moved upper, and further upper to mirror when it comes to mobile
device.

Could you help with this issue. And is there any setting we
can control the pin (size, style, scale, position and etc.) differently on
small and big devices?

/Sharon

Hi,

sorry but the link you provided is not working. Please provide a working link with example of the issue.

You can use pin scale coefficient set to 1 in responsive settings and that will adjust the size of the pin (reduce it in size) depending on the width of the screen. All the other things you asked about are not possible to change on different screens without extensive customization of the plugin.

Hello,

The test page is working now: https://www.silvan.dk/homemade/uncategorized/imapper-test-page/
As you can see the blue circle on the right side should be placed on the switcher, but it moves up, and in mobile device is even up to the mirror.

I have changed the setting as you decribed: "scale coefficient set to 1 in responsive settings", but it is still positioned wrong.

Please help

Sharon

Hi,

issue was within the custom pin used that is really big .png image pushed by available space on small screens. Sorted with new pin uploaded.
