Hi, the pins for the iMapper on my website are showing disproportionally large o n my iPad. This is something of a big problem for this website. The page and  pins look correct on the regular website, of course, but the pins do not show right on the mobile devices.

Please check: http://discoverlemongrove.com/register-form/

Thanks for you very needed help.

Hi,

Can we get a screenshot of the behavior, since we can't test it on iPad at this moment? You can take a screenshot on an iPad by holding the Sleep/Wake button and pressing the Home button.

I have a copy of the full page as is displayed on the iPad. if you need, send me an email to my registered account user email address, please.

(I do not want to display it publicly).

Hi,

Do you intend to use only that specific pin on your site or do you intend to use something else? If it's just that one pin, the fix should be quite easy, simply add the following lines:

max-width: 78px;

max-height: 84px;

under the line 117 that says .pin-style {

If you intend to use other pins as well, we're gonna have to get to you with a solution.

Kind regards,

I tried different pins, they all show the same result. I also would like to use different pins for different cases.

Hi,

Have you tried adding this fix for now, to see if that'll help?

Where should I make those changes?

Shindiri Support team Administrator

Hi,

Sorry about that, seems like we forgot to add the file name. The file you should edit is located at image_mapper/css/frontend/image_mapper.css
