Issues with Woo Slide Plugin

I sent you an email almost three weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a response. Why aren’t you guys responsive? This is absolutely the worst support services I’ve encountered. I purchased your plugin June 9, 2019 and still haven’t been able to use it because it doesn’t work. The recent Woocommerce update 3.7.0 broke my site so I had to downgrade to 3.6.5. Doing so caused an error with your plugin. Please note that I still haven’t been able to successfully use your plugin on my site yet and its really frustrating that I can’t use something I purchased. I plan on launching my site soon so I would like to have this plugin issue resolved quickly.
My problem after I downgraded my Woocommerce is that your plugin doesn’t recognize my Woocommerce plugin. It keeps directing me to install Woocommerce even though I have Woocommerce its just not the most recently updated version. How can I get your plugin to recognize my Woocommerce plugin so I can use your woo slider plugin on my site?
I emailed you login credential so you can look into this.
Whatever you do, DON’T update my woocommerce plugin. It will cause many problems that I don’t want to have to fix twice.
