Dear Support,

Contact you today in relation to an issue we have on our clients’ site in IE.

We have installed the Content Timeline on our clients’ front page, with links to all posts, working perfectly in FireFox, Chrome, Safari and Opera. Unfortunately, in Internet Explorer, there is an issue with the links hover and the arrows on either side of the timeline that don’t appear.

We would like to add, that the slider works well in Edge, its just IE by default, there is an issue with.

We have the latest version of the timeline installed and have tried reinstalling the JavaScript files that correspond with the timeline, but this also has not worked.

There is also an issue with big blocks of white space that appear at the end of the timeline when the viewer has scrolled through to the end of all posts.

Our client is a school and we have worked for many hours to try and rectify these issues. On the technical side of support, we would greatly appreciate support with the above issues.

We look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Kind Regards,

Michelle S. Rose

Hi,

we need to check the issues firsthand to be able to see if anything can be done to sort this without influencing other browser functioning properly.

Please send URL, WP and FTP details via email to support@shindiristudio.com so our team can check this more closely.
