How do I use the plugin? If I click on the plugin settings I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I also cannot find any documentation about potential shortcodes, and in the WordPress editor, I do not see any new buttons. 

I just purchased it, and would need to launch a landing page asap

Hi,

we are not sure that is connected to our plugin. This issue you are describing (no permission to edit plugin settings and no buttons/tabs in WordPress editor) looks like you are not ADMIN of the website (full permissions) but some of the lower permission users (therefore you can access only certain parts of the WordPress )

Can you please make sure you are logged in that WordPress as ADMIN.
We are awaiting you feedback on this.

Hi, yes I am logged in as the admin - and I can access settings of other plugins but not Leadeo.  

I realised I missed the lideo menu on the left hand side, so I'm finally there - BUT - most of the features are not available because they are PRO. I had however purchased my license from the Envato website.

Ok, removed and reinstalled. Now I can access all features - but MailChimp integration is gone!

Hi,

can you please download latest full version and again reinstall as this looks like you don't have correct version of the plugin installed.  If there is still same issue please send your WP and FTP access credentials via email to support@shindiristudio.com
