Again, just like in this thread http://support.shindiristudio.com/tickets/upgrade-issues/ (#27139), there\’s no where to enter the upgrade license.  No, I will not be sending logic credentials for \’someone\’ to install it manually. 

There needs to be a way to actually USE this plugin\’s features that were paid for.  There should be ZERO reason to give out login credentials to anyone.

And, unfortunately, this isn\’t the first time I\’ve had this problem. And it also looks like I\’m not the only one either.
It\’s time to escalate this to an Envato refund isn\’t it ;-)

Hi,

Lite version is not associated with the pro version. if you want to get to the pro version it is necessary to uninstall lite and install pro version. Don't worry about content. Will be saved after deleting the lite version.

Oh. My. God. This has got to be the worst comprehension of "support" in the history of ever!
At any point, did the customer (HI) say, "I have the lite version"? No.
Did the customer (HI) say, "I have the lite version and I want to install the pro version"? No.
Let me break this down in little teeny tiny chunks so that it's understandable.  Ready?  Follow carefully:
Download PAID plugin from CodeCanyon
Install PAID plugin from CodeCanyon into site
Go to activate PAID plugin features
PAID plugin's "Pro" features do not work.

Still with me? Because Shindiri Support, I can't make this much simpler to understand or comprehend.

After the PAID version is purchased ~ (after a person buys the plugin / after the action of purchasing a paid support license / after entering credit card information / after typing credit card information into CodeCanyon / once the plugin is bought from CodeCanyon) dear God, please let one of those sentences make sense...

....and the plugin is installed ~ (Leadso plugin is put into / Leadso plugin is inserted / Leadso plugin is FTPed into site / Leadso plugin is uploaded via WordPress admin area / Leadso plugin is in site / Leadso paid plugin is correctly installed into WordPress / paid | Pro | not-lite | not free | not from wp.org | ...." please tell me this little nugget of information is simple enough to be comprehended

...and activated ~ (if you don't know what activated means, then please fire yourself from ever doing support for any plugin author again)


....there is NO PLACE ~ (not there / not in plugin / not present / absent / not found / vanish / disappear / no place to / not an option / not a tab / not a setting / not existing) why do I feel like I'm spoon feeding an infant?

...to enter ~ (type / copy & paste / using keyboard / applying characters to field on screen via the keyboard) 

...the licence key ~ (the 32 digit code / the verification digits / the authorized access / the Purchase code / the code which is given to all person or persons who purchase a PAID copy of a plugin from CodeCanyon)  

....in the plugin ~ ( http://prntscr.com/czpzr8 / http://prntscr.com/czq01h / Leadso plugin / plugin purchased from CodeCanyon / this plugin that I am commenting on in the support area / the plugin that you were hired to support) 

...to use ~ (utilize / make use of / access / get / have / bring to service)

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
