link in slider doesn't work

Hi I have a problem with the links in a the top slider of the Zero theme for HTML: 
I can’t insert an <a href> code into the image to link to another page.
If I insert the <a href>, in Web mode I can click but in MOBILE it’s impossible to click, the link doesn’t work.
Our client want to have a responsive website and the links in the slider works in WEB but not in the MOBILE.
I installed a cleanversion without any change and the theme doesn’t work even when I don’t change nothing.
Can you check what happens with the slider of the Zero theme for html in Mobile mode?
The only thing I want to do is let in the slider top an image with a link. No text, no buttons, only an image with a link.

It is on this site http://azud.pangeaes.com/Inicio/Index.aspx in the mobile version does not link the slider, but the computer itself.

In our mobile devices everything is ok, in all you slider you have set pdf. Which the mobile your are using for testing the site?

Hi. We test in Samsung Note III and Energy System Pro Qi and doesn't work. (Android system)
We don't have any pdf in the sliders.
Please check what is the problem.

Hi, sorry you're right but the pdf must download when click.
Here is another web with Zero theme and doesn't have link to pdf, and the link in mobile doesn't work:
