I’ve been digging about in functions.php as I need to change the colourscheme of my drop down nav menu, but can only seem to change the colour of the menu title and the arrow (and only when the menu is not expanded).

Essentially I need to make the body of the menu (when collapsed AND expanded) to my highlight colour, all text to white (my bg colour) and the hover highlight to bg (with the text changing to the highlight colour). Is this achievable please?

My menu can be found here

Any help would be very gratefully received!
Thanks

P.S. It appears to me that this is a padding issue - when I try and tweak it to make it fit at full-width, it overlaps at lower resolutions. I'd be happy to remove the colour in the top section if it makes the fix easier...

That second message was for another ticket. Sorry - please only pay attention to the first message on here!

Hi,

You can set the color from Wordpress backend, "Bro Theme Options", tab "Colors". Here you have all the options you need - text color, highlight color (used for menu color), highlight hover color (for hover, obviously), background and secondary background colors.

Kind regards,

Sorry no, this isn't what I'm asking - I don't want to change the theme colours, just the actual dropdown nav menu colours

You can't, because they are linked to the theme colors and created dynamically based on the backend options.

Kind regards,

Br0
