Menu glitches when on mobile platforms.

Our graphic designer bought this template for a website we were working on and there are a couple of issues that I need debugged.
The website is http://www.jeffdavisgroup.com.
When the website is viewed on mobile phones and is in responsive mode the menu kinda glitches out. When you close the menu once opened the words to the menu stay on screen over top of the rest of the site. As well as the links on the main menu items do not work for some reason when clicked. 
I was wondering what we can do to get this fixed. Thank you

We have tested your site and everything is working as intended. Please provide us information on which devices you have test it, which browser you use and which OS you use so we can simulate it and see what is the issue and provide you with properly solution.

Alright was finally able to login. So far the site has shown these glitches on both windows phone with IE and with IPhone 4 and 5.
If you need screenshots I can send them via email to someone on the support team.

The inability to click/execute any of the menu items except submenu items in the main menu. Menu shows on screen over words after menu has been closed or attempts to open a link. Again will send screen shots if need be. 
Also in testing I found that in Firefox it has the menu visibility issue when the window has been shrunk as small as it can go. Words from the menu are over site content. Links apparently work though.
