Mouseovers Don\'t work in IE or FF

I have everything pretty much implemented at http://proclaim.secureshd.com/who.  However, in IE10 and the latest FireFox build the mousovers on the images don\’t work.  In IE I see the images, but get no mousover.  In FF I don\’t see the images on load, but do get a mouseover.

Platform is DNN and I have removed all other jQuery code and the issue still remains.

Can you offer any advice?

I fixed this using the code from http://www.karlhorky.com/2012/06/cross-browser-image-grayscale-with-css.html
