Hello,

We purchased this for a client site and love it – however the client has a few custom requests I’m not sure the timeline allows. One of them is to increase the node size for the years. Is there a simple way to do this that I have missed, or is this custom CSS?

In addition, we were noticing at some points that the content would not load or load slowly. This seems to have resolved itself on my end, but the client remarked that the content was loading too slowly for them. I know some other folks have surfaced this issue – has it been resolved? We are using version 4.4.4. Please let me know if you require access to the back end of the site and I will provide. Thanks!!

thank you for using our products and your kind words.

About the issues in question.
You are correct about the node size. They can be changed in size only with some customization done. Both custom css or changing code in plugin will work. However pay extra attention that significant increase in size can move their position on timeline so maybe you will have to do some adjustment in that part too.

About the loading speed of the  timeline there is not much we can offer as solution as its depends of the speed of the hosting itself. Most of the previous questions about loading was related to the issue we had before version 4.4.4. when there were instances of timeline not loading at all. That was solved with latest version.

Thanks, that's what I thought! I am trying to edit the code but seem unable to target the correct css to increase the size. Would you be able to point me to it?

ok, if item open is not loading at all we will have to do some tests on your website.
Also we will check how to best increase node's size for it.

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Hello,

I have replied to your support email several times since. The fixes provided unfortunately have not worked. Can you please verify you’ve received these emails? They were in reply to the email chain so it should not have been a wrong email issue.

Hi,

we must inform you that we did not receive the mails in question.
But last one you sent (with forwarded message of previous mails) came through and we have access to that information now. We suspected some problems with mail server on OUR end so you don't have to be alarmed. It was solved in the meantime.
