Hi,

Please visit our website http://cynet.skillcountry.com/company/#news (presently working on our subdomain). We are launching the website in a few days and bought this plug in. It is not working as expected because it does not give us the scroller to remain permanently. It appears only when we hover over it.

Also, we want to disable the zoom feature on the image.

Hi,

can you please confirm that when you say scroller you mean navigation arrows as at the moment they are the only element showing exclusively on hover in the sample timeline you created and they are intended to work like that which can be seen in demos of the styles you have available.

About the zoom image, its a pretty photo feature and can be disabled in general settings. Its Disable pretty photo option, 3rd setting form the top in general tab.

Hi. Thank you for your message. Yes, I am talking about the navigation arrows. We want it to appear continuously. Is there any way we can do that. Or any one of the styles?
For example using the current style, on my laptop even on hover it is not appearing. But on our company desktops it appears on hover.

Hi,

you can try to custom css opacity of the navigation arrows.
Add this code to custom your css section:
.timeline.flatnav .t_left, .t_right {opacity: 1!important;}
