Hi,

you closed my ticket, and the issue is still not resolved – the ‘tick boxes’ you told me to check, I ticked them, but it gave me no options when the boxes came up, so I can’t control anything from those windows, so it didn’t turn off the breadcrumbs or header strip.

I’m getting quite frustrated now at the time it is taking to respond to support requests, please respond ASAP , and please don’t close off the ticket automatically. I need this fixed.

Hi,

Can you send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
