Plugin is breaking the site

Hey guys,

The plugin activation seems to break the whole site – almost as if it’s not longer loading primary css files. It’s throwing no console errors though – so it’s been difficult to diagnose. I’ve deactivated it for now (as we need to continue developing on our staging server), but have you guys ran into any similar issues that can help us get it up and running?

Hi,

there is a chance that you have some caching option active that is causing our plugin to fail. Minification of .css/.js also can cause this kind of behavior or even hard-coding jquery for example. but we cant be positive until we can check and do some tests as reasons for this can be multiple and we named only three of possible cases.

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
