Hello sir

I am trying to add Arabic content to the timeline when i save it
all the information saved become as question mark
Please i need your assistance,

and here is the solution for your issue:

Wrong characters question mark

Step1.
You need to navigate to your cPanel, and open your phpMyAdmin settings.

Step2.
There open your database, and search for the table wp_ctimelines

Step3.
In the table, you have to edit these settings: http://prntscr.com/7l34sj

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP, and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Also please explain to them in as much details as you can the problems you are facing with our plugin.
