3 days ago, I wrote this in the comment sections of ENVATO but did not get any response.

Great plugin but if I hover a date, there is no tooltip with the title showing up. What can I have missed when setting up my timeline. I use SantaFe an my theme is Salient. Also another question or feature request. It would be so good to have a style that is not using or requesting a header image or the cards should set the image holder to display none if no image is uploaded. Also, I would love to have the option to disable the “Read More” Button if the card does not have more content than the initial card is showing. What do you think about the missing tooltip on hover and what about my suggestions?

Today I have even more to say and/or to ask.

If I use “SantaFe” it has the dates in the circle with only the abbreviation of the months, like DEC for December but there is no way to translate those abbreviations. In German it would be DEZ or for March (MAR) it would be MÄR. Do you understand? Can we solve this?

Don’t you think it would be a wonderful feature to add a couple lines of code to your plugin to disable the “Read More” button if you do not write anything into the “Active Window”? It would make things much, much better.

SantaFE is using ABBREVIATIONS, like JAN, FEB, MAR!!!!!!! Iam not talking about the full length month names, like January, February, March. I am talking about the abbreviations. Do you understand?

I was sending the credentials yesterday by email. please keep me updated. thank you. here again what is missing:
if the date in the timeline is hovered, no tooltip title appears.
no translation for month name abbrevations

There is another very uncomfortable thing with the timeline in admin. If you create new cards, with new dates and save the timeline, the cards do not arrange sorted by date. This is very confusing for the user, which mainly is the website owner who is not very experienced with those things. Don't you agree?

Hi,

yes we understand that can possibly cause some confusion with anyone not experienced enough. We rely on drag and drop option in that situations that can really speedup creating and arranging cards. We are exploring other options already and date oriented sorting in admin also is one of them.
