Hi,

I don’t want to go into details, but I’ve tried to install your demo content on 3 different hosts and it fails at the same stage every time. I’ve spent the whole day talking with IT support companies and I just don’t want this theme anymore. Can you tell me how I can go about getting a refund please?

Please bear in mind that every customer is important to us.
PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you please send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It seems the theme's php requirements are too high (even for shared Hostgator hosting) so I have decided to go for a much simpler theme, on free hosting as I need something up asap. Is it ok to be refunded?

Hi,

If there is any possibility for us to help you, as the Demo install process is really not that complicated we can do this for you over Team Viewer or send specific Demo Content installation guide for you.

The PHP requiermenst are standard nowdays, but there are also different ways of implementing the Demo content, which we provide free of charge.

If you still want a refund you will have to file a refund process trought the Envato system and our marketing stuff will decide if there is plausilbe caouse for giving out a refund or not.

There is always a third option, and that is if you like any of our other themes you can switch this one with another theme we will gladly do this for you.

Please keep us posted on your decision and we will do everything we can in our power to help you.

Ok thanks, for your reference, aside from the import error, across all 3 hosts that I tried, I got a permissions error when being told that plugins needed to be activated and installed (even though they were and when I clicked activate/install) before importing. The fact that the paid hosting couldnt resolve the issue worries me. I'll see what other themes you have - what sort of timeframe do I have regarding a refund?
