Responsive hover box not sizing appropriately.

Is there a way to make the responsive hover small on mobile? I am unable to close the hover box because the X is off the screen. |

basically what is happening is when the settings are Responsive and the pin scale coefficient is 1, it looks great UNTIL you start scrolling and then it reverts to pin scale coefficient is 0. Is there a way to fix that? |

Hi, sorry for a delay in reply. Pin scale coefficient should handle the pin only so that should not be related to behavior of content box. Responsive setting as you use it should handle the size of content box even on mobile screen. Can you provide access to the project in question so we can check it firsthand ? PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL. Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand?
