Fist of all, the “logar” button on the menu, loads out of the screen. So it’s impossible to fill the form correctly.
Secondly, the person is unable to see the Cart icon on the menu, this is also a problem cause it gets pretty hard to finish the purchase.

I was thinking if there’s a way to DISBLE THE RESPONSIVE style and make it look exactly as it is on the desktop.

I already stated what's making me problem...
The mobile view cuts off a lot of menu items, making it look very bad.

Check out the "Checkout page" The forms are all crumpled up. It's not usual to customers, it looks messy.

You'll see that it cuts of a good part of the table that has the products and other info.

Also if you take a look on any page (SMALL SCREEN) , you'll see that when you click the little bag icon, it goes out of the screen, making it impossible to interact with the content inside that little container.

So this are some of the problems that we and our client are dealing with right now with the responsiveness of Snapshop. The problem is that most of our traffic comes from mobile, so we're actually losing money because of this.

I'm pretty sure there must be a way to disable responsiveness, so please, help me with this, because we are really being held down by these problems.

Also my client doesn't like how it shows only one product per row on the mobile version.
She wants to be able to see more products at the same time on the mobile version

Also, as stated on the first message, The Log in button also loads a container that goes out of the screen, making it impossible to fill out the forms and log in propperly.

OK we understand what you asked of us. It is better to just use the desktop site.

Please log into your wordpress site, and search for:

Appereance > Snapshop Options > Advanced General > And see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9a67qt

This will make you website a desktop version on mobile.
