So, after 4 weeks my ticket was closed again. There is no time to take a look at the ticket, but there is to close it. I’m pretty disappointed of this kind of support But keep stalking you with my issue, sorry I need to fix this. I am trying to get the scrollbars for the jquery content timeline to work properly because they don’t appear at the moment. There is an event triggered for ajaxLoaded.timeline that makes the scrollbars appear; but because I’m not using the ajax load I’ve no idea how to modify. 

I would really appreciate any help after my previous ticket was just closed without any answer. I’ve read tickets with the same issue; but you’ve fixed it over email so I could not understand and fix it by my own. I really think this issue is covered by ‘support’ .. it should be working as I paid for … #pleasemakemehappytofixthisafterdaysofsearching
