Hi,
I activated the plugin successfully, but when I tried adding a new “timeline” after naming it,  the page reloaded and whatever name I tried to save disappears. I tried several browsers and cache clearance but all in vain.

Setting buttons are non-responsive even when I clicked on the plus sign faintly visible to the right. 

Kindly treat this as an urgent, I just purchased the plugin and I believed negative first impressions are bad for any business.

Hi,

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

I managed to resolve the issue earlier. There was a conflict with another plugin.
