SoGrid doesn't work - Doesn't update automatically

Hi, 
My SoGrid plugin does not work at all. To start with, none of the unique features does work. For an example none of the functions under “General SoGrid Options” works. As I turn on something here nothing is working at all (it goes all blank). Now I figured out how to at least display the facebook posts in a nice way. (See far down on this page http://www.test2.fridastenback.com). 
But now I encountered a really big issue. The Plugin doesn’t load new Facebook posts automatically, I have to log in and press “Get social posts” in WordPress for it to update at all. 
Can you please help me solve this as soon as possible?

Hi,

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you please send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
