I have a few issues in my site setup I was hoping you could offer some insight on.

My sidebar show incorrect number of items within (Oasis for example says 1, while upon clicking you can see a handful).  Can I remove those numbers?

Within navigation I was given code so that I can display products in 4 columns – however I would like them to display in alphabetical order down than column, then continue to the next — see below.  How can this be done without ruining the order on mobile devices (they display correctly in one column now).

A     E       I     M
B     F      J     N
C    G      K    O
D    H      L     P

also note:
we edited our contact page FAQ and now get an error:
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /data/21/3/36/25/3851677/user/4762005/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/frontend_builder/pages/front_html.php on line 6

Any update on this?

Hi,

1)Regarding the <php> issue that you got here is the fix:
Open the page \wp-content\plugins\frontend_builder\pages\front_html.php "front_html.php" with a text editor.

in Top of the code (see the image: http://prntscr.com/51jdjw) you will need to remove the (stripslashes(stripslashes and ))

2) If you want to remove the numbers inside the Product sidebar, please enroll this code into your Custom CSS field:
.count{
display:none !important;
}

Regarding the third request, we do not have an alphabetical filter ready for this so it would be very difficult for us to perform this kind of customization at this point without ruining the integrity of the website and content.

Thanks
I have another issue.  I have created a form but the text is white (on white background).  I try changing and even use !important, but it doesn't appear to change the color within my form.

Is there a class that supercedes my change?  Can you help with CSS for changing it?

Hi, we have tested your site on multiple browsers.

Here is the result:
Chrome: http://prntscr.com/89tj9g

Mozzila: http://prntscr.com/89tk28

Exactly.  If you try to highlight the page, you will see that there are descriptions above each text box that cannot be seen because they are white on a white background.  I want to change those descriptions to black, but CSS doesn't seem to work in doing so.  Can you guide me on where that white text color comes from or provide CSS to change it?
Thanks!

Hi,

Please import this code into your custom CSS field:
.order-form{
color: #000 !important;
}

It will make your website to look like you want: http://prntscr.com/8aw5j4
