Top menu not clickable in mobile device

Hi,
I\’m a developer working on redesigning a website. We\’re using your portal theme. Everything works fine, but for some reason, the top navigation is not clickable when in mobile size. This happens on mobile devices as well as when browser is resized to a smaller width. You may see the problem here - http://guidajewelers.com/wp/

Hi,

We have compared Your website to our Portal theme on Live Preview, we think that you didnt create Your menu for responsive, because some code is missing.

As You can see on this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/57w2du, we made a comparison, which code is missing.

If you still can not figure what to do, send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Hi,
How do I create a menu for responsive? I've looked through your install instructions but don't see anything about setting up menu. I've looked through the wp admin menu settings and do not see where I can set one up. Even looked at the theme settings. Can you please point me to where I should look at to add a responsive menu? Thanks.
