Hello, 

I purchased the Leadeo plugin in early march however I have not needed to use it until now. I purchased the plugin because of the features; however, when I went to use the plugin it stated that I needed to pay an additional $17 to upgrade from the version that I purchased. The version of leadeo that I purchased via codecanyon included all of the features. How can this issue be resolved?

Hi,

 

When you open https://codecanyon.net/ and login on your account hover your name in header menu. Chose "Downloads" from drop down menu, find Sogrid plugin and click on green button "Download".

I have already downloaded the plugin from codecanyon.net.  My issue is in reference to the plugin from the dashboard within WordPress. Within the dashboard only the "add contact form," and "add opt-in form" are available. The "ADD OPEN-LINK FORM," "ADD SHARE-A-QUOTE FORM," "ADD SHARE-TO-WATCH FORM," AND "ADD THANK-YOU FORM" all are tagged with a "PRO" stripe. To the right of the screen is an add to upgrade to pro for $17. I can provide screenshots if needed.

We just test it and everything is working as intended. Can you please provide us a little more details about your issue?

How you installed plugin, over dashboard or you uploaded files on your server?

we uploaded the plugin via the dashboard's "add new plugin." selected the .zip file. Uploaded, activated and began to attempt to use.

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP  and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could install plugin for you over FTP? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
