[URGENT] Timeline not showing and Other issues

Hi,

I am on a very short time frame, and therefore need URGENT help with the wp content timeline plugin. This is the site where its installed => https://www.dupageseniorcouncil.org

1)  I created a simple timeline with the Design category => https://www.screencast.com/t/ERaC4mEPy
The design category only has 7 Posts => https://www.screencast.com/t/GfY5tyyLt

But the plugin is showing 100s of items being added

Why is that? The category has only 7 posts.

2) I need the Timeline to show new posts when added to category. Thats the main point of having the timeline. Will it auto update the timeline with new Posts?

3) MAJOR ISSUE: Timeline is not displaying at all when I use the shortcode. I embedded it here

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT TROUGH EMAIL.

Can you please change your login credentials and send us that new info via email support@shindiristudio.com
also you must include your  Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.
