Visual Composer breaking the theme?

We have installed the theme at kitchenkneads.wpengine.com and it is not working. It’s displaying a blank screen. And while we were able to load some of the demo content, it did not install correctly notwithstanding following your installation instructions. It was a completely new WordPress installation. Can you help please?

Hi,

Can you send us your access data for FTP, database (phpMyAdmin) and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include the name of demo content and your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Yes we got the info but the username and password are not correct.

The email landed in spam, we do not know why. Please resend the informatrion check it twice if its the right log in data.
