hello there,
which is the CSS file you use for Woo slider? I can barely see that it depends on the type of the style used, i.e. I use Polar. I would like to change some attributes such as “shindiri-woo-slide-details” class (background color, padding, etc). I tried to do it via custom css through the plugin but I had no luck. Then I changed /estoria.traderobotix.com/wp-content/plugins/shindiri-woo-slider/public/css/style.min.css and had some success, such as background color and padding, then I tried to tweek shindiri-woo-slide-title but had no luck either.
Could you please help?

Hi,

there is more then one styling file in our plugin. And yes there is css specific to chosen slider. So to be able to assist you we will need more specific information. like which element and attribute you need assistance with. q

In our test environment changing .shindiri-woo-slide-title works in custom css section of the plugin out of the box. Also please pay attention that not every part of text is available directly with class or id. Some need to be nested properly like .shindiri-woo-slide-categories text. If you want to change it you need to target .shindiri-woo-slide-categories a {"your css"}

And best ractice would be to use console in browser to check first for nesting classes and then change.

If nothing works or you need further assistance with this there may be some conflicts or code problems active and our support team can check this directly and for that we need wp login details sent via email to support@shindiristudio.com.

If you didn't change logins from last time we halp you with other issue (few weeks ago) we can use that login details as we still have them in email conversation.

Thanks for your reply.
Before going in detail on what we would like to change, I think that you should tell me how to override your css other than changing the native CSS file. As long as there is no direct way to change styling through plugin admin settings then what's the way to make a change such us:

shindiri-woo-slide-categories.a

in the following page:
https://estoria.traderobotix.com/home-2/

I need a bigger font size for the title, bold etc.
Or change the size of div shindiri-woo-slider-slide-other

If you need access, I have to give you new credentials.

Hi,

as we said already, best place to override style is our plugin custom css section here: http://prntscr.com/lr2pfd

If this does not work in your project then yes best option for you is to send new login details so we can check is there any hidden issue that we both missed.

Please send wp and ftp login details via email to support@shindiristudio.com
