I installed the plugin on my website and I seem to be having issues with WPML

The plugin works in English – but when I switch to French it loads a blank page, and when I switch to Spanish i get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /nas/content/staging/vpcgroup/wp-content/plugins/wpml-string-translation/classes/filters/db-cache/class-wpml-st-db-translation-retrieve.php on line 181

I spoke with the hosting company and they have tried everything possible on their end – but the same error keeps coming up

If I disable the plugin the website functions properly.

Can this be fixed? and how long will it take? It is kind of urgent otherwise we will need to find a new plugin to do this.

unfortunately we cant make any prediction on time needed to hopefully solve this issue until we have a chance to check it more thoroughly so,

PLEASE DO NOT POST VALID LOG IN DATA ON PUBLIC DISPLAY, ALWAYS SEND IT THROUGH EMAIL.

Can you send us your access data for FTP and WP login info via e-mail to support@shindiristudio.com so we could see the problem firsthand? Also, you must include your Ticket ID so we can identify your purchasing and than we can solve your issue.

Hi,
I am following up on this ticket. It's been 6 days since i last heard from you and need to know when this will get solved.

If this cannot be solved in a timely manner I will expect a refund since your plugin states it works with WPML - but it does not!

Please advise as soon as possible.
